- Grow Lift (1 day): Lead something imperfectly—host, teach, speak, support. Let it be messy. Watch what grows.
- Con Cue (Ongoing): Pick a personal signal (a phrase like “step in” or a gesture like hand to heart) to remind you daily: confidence is built in motion.
